Day 16. Rest day.
There isn’t a whole lot to say about the rest day, except to
say that we had a lovely and relaxing time. The sun was shining and it was
gloriously hot too. We went to the beach at Perranporth and sat up in the
dunes, reading our books and just relaxing – lovely! Back in Truro for the
early evening we sat out in our small garden, overlooking the cathedral, and
enjoyed a glass of wine in the afternoon sun. My knee felt much better than it
had the previous day, and I was eager to get going the next day – Land’s End
here I come!
